2021-2024 GMC Yukon Amber Switchback DRL Kit

Transform the look of your Yukon with our plug and play headlight harness. During daylight, the daytime running lights will be amber. At night the lights will change back to white automatically to match the head lights. You may also manually control the color of your DRL’s during the day with the automatic headlight controller. Turning it clockwise, to the parking light setting, will turn your DRL’s white again.

This fits all trim level’s. 

Kit Includes: 2 harnesses, Instruction QR code, and a Venom decal (If available)

Installation: While plug and play,  it is slightly different over our other GM harnesses. A couple extra steps is needed to access the headlight plug. See detailed photos below. Some installations, depending on engine, will require you to loosen the fender well to gain access to the headlight connector on the back of the headlight. If you can access the headlight connector from under the hood, we recommend installing that way. 

1. Locate the T15 screws and (1) 7mm screw on the bottom, holding the fender well on as shown below. 

2. Remove enough screws so you have enough room to access the headlight connector. 

3. Reach inside and disconnect the headlight connector by sliding the red locking tab away from the connector and depressing the tab to remove it. (Familiarize yourself with how the locking tab operates on the venom harness to make this step easier.)

4. Simply plug and play the Venom Harness between the headlight connector and the OEM connector.
