As mentioned in other posts, super easy install. I was careful not to damage anything and not force things in. Fitting was snug and the puddle light display is bright. Definitely adds some class to my truck. Shipment came slower than expected but was kept up to date on when I should expect it. Completely satisfied with my purchase.
Super easy plug and play kit. Only complaint I have is. I wish the wire leads were longer so the wires didn’t bend so tight in the tight space. Other than that everything is quality and works well!
Easy install despite tight location. For the 2026 GMC Canyon, reach from the back, pull back red tab on factory harness then press down on the top of the connector while gently pulling the factory harness back. Should come lose easily. Install the DRL adapter harness onto the factory and reattach to the light. Took only 20 seconds per side and looks fantastic.
These lights are significantly better than the factory puddle lights. However, considering the price, a factory plug-and-play connector should be included to ensure a more secure connection.
Quick and easy way to tap into the factory harness. Great for adding lights to factory steps, but not ideal for footwell lighting because the lights turn off when the doors close.
