Wish this was available when I added my footwell lights and glovebox light. I had to use a GM brand small molex pin that I installed into a spare pin hole on the black BCM connecter that would be used to factory side steps which my truck did not have, so that position was open for me to tie to. This connector from Venom is the way to go if you want to add any lighting to interior that comes on when factory dome lights come on. My truck is a 2024 1500 Silverado LT Z71.
Great product and great support. On my 2025 Silverado 2500 HD LTZ, I installed LED footwell lights and powered them through the module. The lights are advertised to be non-dimmable, but they ramp up and ramp down just like the other interior lights. I’m very pleased with this addition to my truck.
Great product just installed it a little tough getting to that back BCM with big hands that’s for sure but after a few beers and a few cuss words I got it love the look gets to show off my nice puddle lights more often
